Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, please allow 5-7 business days for me to fill your order. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email me if you have questions about your order.
I use US 2-3 Day Priority Mail and usually can get items into the mail 2-3 days after receiving an order. The fee is $5 for shipping/handling within the U.S. and includes delivery confirmation. Large orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete as I make all orders by hand and to order.
International customers please note: my shipping/handling charge of $15 USPS Global Priority DOES NOT include customs/VAT charges as I am unable to calculate the charges in my shopping cart. USPS Global Express shipping is available for a flat $35 charge.
FedEx shipping is available for a flat $30 charge.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 15 days of purchase. Please email me at info@viviandbette.com to let me know you would like to request a return.

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS, USPS (with confirmation) or FedEx to have a record of your return
I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
